Role Overview & Responsibilities

Permanent Role

Salary: £22,152.00 per annum

(£10.65 per hour) dependent on age, plus

Service charge (Tronc ) - Based on a 40 hour contract

The Purpose of

this Role:

We are looking for an

enthusiastic, genuine and friendly person who enjoys being part of a team and

can offer amazing customer service to our guests in our restaurants and lounge.

Role Responsibilities:

To accurately

take orders from guests and help them with any questions they made have

regarding the menu

To deliver food promptly in a friendly, courteous and professional manner ensuring their expectations are exceeded

Ensuring tables

are cleared and cleaned once the guest has departed

Strong

organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well

in a fast-paced environment

Good listening

and effective communication skills

Great team

spirit

The ideal candidate:

Whilst it can be helpful for you to have some food

& beverage or customer service experience it’s not essential as for us

attitude is what counts most. As long as you have bags of enthusiasm, a

willingness to learn and take joy from being around people, we can teach you

the rest! You’ll need to have the flexibility to work both midweek and

weekends shifts.
