Job Title - Rotational Assistant Patient Pathway Administrator



To provide a professional, comprehensive and effective administration


support service to the administration, nursing and the wider medical teams



An exciting opportunity has arisen for a rotational Assistant Patient Pathway Administrator role within Specialist Surgery within the NOTSSCaN Division.



Band 2-3 Link Grade – Assistant Patient Pathway Administrators



Specialist Surgery



Full time - 37.5 hours



The post holder will provide a professional, comprehensive and effective administration support service to the Patient Pathway Administrators and the wider medical teams assisting in any administrational duties that may be required to ensure a full administration service is provided within the various services of the Directorate.



This is a rotational role which will enable the successful candidate to rotate within the different departments within Specialist Surgery, giving them a wide range of knowledge of the division.

As directed by the Patient Pathway Administrators, assist in any


administrational duties that may be required to ensure a full


administration service is provided within the various services of the


Directorate. This may include providing basic cover for the patient


pathway administrators during periods of sickness, annual leave or


workload increases.



To collect health records as required from the Medical Records


Libraries or elsewhere in the hospital and to assist with the preparation


and pulling of clinic notes.
