Role: KFC Assistant Restaurant Manager

Location: Falkirk, FK1 1XS

Hours: Full Time Contract / Permanent

Hourly Rate: £25,000 - £27,000 (DOE)

Bonus Scheme: Quarterly Bonus Incentive!

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager who can lead, inspire and motivate a team to join our welcoming KFC restaurant! Our restaurant Assistant Managers are responsible for managing the restaurant in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager, you really are their right-hand person.

You are second in command and play a key part in ensuring the team is operating smoothly, you strive to promote sales and increase profitability whilst making sure our customers leave feeling satisfied. Leading and engaging the team is your focus, as well as getting involved with food preparation, store cleanliness and serving our loyal customers.
