Hygiene Operatives

Role Overview & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all food hygiene standards are maintained.

Ensure clear lines of communications with colleagues and team leader/supervisor

Assist in the continuous improvement of Hygiene Ensuring all the equipment in the factory (machinery, belts, ect.) are cleaned to the high standard - full training and PPE will be provided

Report to the supervisor any accidents or incidents

Reporting to the supervisor or Manager of the area concerned any maintenance requirements

Cooperate with the rest of the staff

Follow all health and safety regulations

Understand customer specifications and food hygiene standards

Must be reliable and flexible

Must have excellent attention to detail

Must be a confident, clear communicator with a friendly personality

Be a team player with the ability to be self sufficient
